Architect and webmaster for the web-based PHP/Python Space Situation Monitoring Laboratory (SSML) and Guide, Assessment, and Database using the Google Earth Tool (GADGET). Lead developer of the C++/Qt Node Modal Analysis Display (NOMAD) tool.

Successfully led a team of nine engineers to develop new products and deliver requested capabilities in ThermCAT for two different customers under schedule constraints.
Led engineering feasibility study and design, implementation and test work to meet new NASA Galaxy Evolution Explorer (GALEX) Mission Planning System scheduler requirements.
Presided, as president, over the Business Development Working Group chartered to expand the business of the Engineering Applications Department.
Presided, as chair, over the Process and Products Working Group chartered to develop and maintain good software and project practices within the Computer Applications and Assurance Subdivision.
Completed many ThermCAT, SSML, GADGET, NOMAD, and GALEX Mission Planning System enhancement tasks, which included designing requirements, leading software modifications, validating changes, and conducting review meetings.
Utilized web development expertise to create an ASP.NET seating chart website which allows users to assign personnel to their respective stations and a data aggregation web service complemented with a data display website utilized for automated sensor data storage and display within labs.
Designed many enhancements to a Java badge swipe program, bringing it into full operational use for space launch support room personnel access and tracking.

Tested and reviewed C and Ada flight system code.
Performed black-box tests by creating/running test code and white-box tests by scripting/running simulations.
